The Cleft gives each group the ability to launch a local fundraising campaign. Once your group leader launches a campaign from the leaders dashboard, the Cleft system automatically populates a digital campaign link to each member of your groups personalized dashboard on the Cleft website. Each member of your group has their own link that is attached to their digital fund-raiser form!

The Cleft provides a digital campaign link on each member’s dashboard that is attached to that member’s online fund-raising form. You easily share this link from your phone, tablet or laptop with all of your local supporters via social media or email.

You can also use our paper sign-up forms
The Cleft also provides paper sign-up forms so you can utilize both the paper sign up forms as well as the digital sign-up forms! Just before the fund-raiser ends, our system will email you a reminder to simply add the paper form orders into the system so all orders are digitally tracked.
We recommend using the paper forms AND the digital sign-up links for best results!
The Cleft reporting tracks everything for you…
When the fund-raiser is finalized, our system automatically sends the group leader as well as every member in the group a report that shows all coffee sales detailing who has paid, who still needs to pay as well as which coffee’s go to each supporter.
Fresh roasted coffee delivered to you!
The Cleft then fresh roasts and ships all coffee to your group’s central location along with a check for the funds raised.

Your supporter clicks on the link and is taken to the” Support our Troops” page where they can buy 1 cup or 10+ bags of coffee for the troops. The moment the order is placed, the member and the group leader are emailed with the notification of the order.
The Cleft sends you the funds raised…
The Cleft collects the funds and automatically puts the funds raised for the member in their virtual wallet, which can be seen at any time on your Cleft dashboard. We then send your group the funds raised!

The Cleft fresh roasts the coffee and ships it to our troops. Your group never has to sort or deliver any coffee!
